I am going to cut and drill aluminium sheet in CNC Router machine?
When I work as a office and partitioning fixer, we used a hand help router in a home made table jig to rout the baseboards corners which where made from aluminium. You’d need to take it real slow because the bits were easy to break.

Yes, with the proper bit a cnc router virtually becomes a cnc milling machine. If you are doing a lot, of heavy, work you may need to install a coolant supply
