I make the Z origin …
I make the Z origin with a sheet of paper. The thickness is around 0.1 mm. I descent step by step (0.1mm) on the paper, the drill is stop. I move the paper with my hand and continue to descent until the paper is lock. Then I consider that the tool is under 0.2mm of the Z origin. So the drill never touch the board, and is always around 0.2 0.3mm of the board. But sometimes the tool touch it! Sorry for my English!
