i am using mdf board on cnc router mc. when temp. & humidity go up it start bend from the corner lift 20-35mm ?
suggest the good grade of mdf with more humidity resistance
You will have the same problem with any MDF. The bending is due to a difference in moisture content in one side of the board compared to the other. The side with the least moisture will shrink while the side with the more moisture will try to get longer.
To control the moisture content you will need to seal both sides when the board is flat. I don’t know if that is practical or not. Using a plastic such as plexiglass would be a better choice since it should not have a moisture problem.
