Before we head out to the shop and begin CNC Plasma Cutting, we will check out our G-Code program in Mach 3. This will give us some confidence when running our CNC Program.
Mach 3 is a great CNC Control Program. It takes our G-Code and converts it into Signal for the CNC Controller. The CNC Controller then sends the signals out to either Servo Motors or Stepper Motors. These motors then move the axis to create motion.

RIGS CNC Plasma Torch cuts Fan Grill
Here we have a Plasma Torch on a home-made CNC table. At times the camera is about a foot from the 4th state of matter. This was our first cut on this table and you will see that the jog is a bit off and the machine needs to be calibrated. Stay tuned for the next cut!

We love our Tracker! I just wanted to post this video so everyone could see how quick and easy it is to use. Our Tracker has made a large profit for us on all of our projects.
