CNC Plasma Cutter

This video shows a sample of cutting flat plate with a Kuka plasma cutting robot. The plasma cutter used is a Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 151. We are holding .030 tolerances. Tighter tolerances can be held using a Kuka HA (High Aaccuracy) robot. We are also regulating torch height through the robot. A water bed is available (not shown in video) to capture dust and smoke.
